The stress less package is a 5 week program with 5 acupuncture treatments and 5- 45 minutes massage treatments. The ideal aspect of using this package would be one time a week and first get an acupuncture treatment and then get your massage directly after. The focus will be on relaxing the mind as well as the body. By getting the acupuncture first your body will be more relaxed and more accepting for the massage.
